Azure blue, 1930s 'Songster' tin of gramophone needles

A large quantity of 'extra loud tone' gramophone needles in original tin, featuring the Songster design of a sunburst and a bird (partially obscured by the 'Extra loud' sticker, which is an original feature but can be removed at the buyer's discretion). The design dates this to the 1930s-40s era. 

A quantity of needles still to be found within the tin, which has suffered some rust in the past (note that tin and contents are now stored in a dry and stable environment). This is a really beautiful little object.
