Gorgeous 1920s era 'Iron Jelloids No. 1' tin

Dating to between 1917 and 1929 and made by the Iron Jelloid Co., Ltd., 189 Central Street, London, England. The tin is very well preserved for its age, and features text to the top, inside lid and base, as well as an attractive patterned design to the sides (slightly worn in places). 

Interior and base text features endorsement quotations from medical journals including The Lancet and the British Medical Journal. 

This tin showcases a genuinely lovely intersection between historical interest, beauty of design and practical function.
