Lucite paperweight encasing real dandelion

Beautiful paperweight encasing and preserving a dandelion. 

Lucite is a high quality 'acrylic glass'; a synthetic polymer which features excellent refractive properties, impact strength and durability but can be cast at a lower temperature than glass, allowing it to be used to encase and preserve real plants. This lovely orb has a real weight to it, contributing to the overall look and feel of glass. 

Good condition overall, but with one nick close to the top, and a few smaller blemishes.
