Slender necked, stunning hand-painted 19th century porcelain vase

Hand-painted antique porcelain vase with slender neck and bulbous body. Patterning, handmade form (note unevenness of neck placement), sapphire blue under-glaze painting, and concentric ring marks on the unglazed, stepped foot base suggest 18th to early 19th century date. 
Rare, beautiful form surviving in gorgeous condition.
